Amnesty's CPD programme will give you the expertise to engage your students with human rights. You'll strengthen your skills in teaching, training and project management and meet experts in human rights education to support your professional development.

Human rights education engages young people in key ethical, social and political issues in a way that is exciting and relevant. As an Amnesty Teacher you will be an advocate for human rights education in your school and beyond. Course overview (pdf)

Amnesty Teacher programme

For: All secondary teachers
When: November 2013 - July 2014 (3 Saturday sessions; 2 optional webinars)
Where: Face-to-face training in London at the Human Rights Action Centre
Cost: £200 (plus optional £25 fee for campaigning skills weekend)
